OUE Skypace - A Sparkling Contemporary Venue

Perched high above the 71st floor of US Bank Building, and overlooking the entire city of Los Angeles, is OUE SKYSPACE. The venue can confidently boast the best view in Southern California. The building is round in shape, and the penthouse has floor to ceiling glass, allowing for unspoiled views for Los Angeles from every possible angle. The event space has been open since 2014, and we're thrilled to be able to provide our cuisine and service to their clients.Summit Event Catering OUE SkyspaceSummit Event Catering OUE SkyspaceWe had the pleasure of working for a corporate client who wanted a late season celebration. They wanted their guests to enjoy fine cuisine, and the night time skyline. Event Producer Veronica Medrano helped them to create a customized menu that included:

  • A vegetarian station of salad of butter lettuce, pears, carmelized almonds and stilton cheese, dressed with meyer lemon viniagrette, and butternut squash ravioli with butternut sage and brown butter sauce.
  • Beef short ribs with a black peppercorn demi glace with garlic mashed potatoes.
  • Soy and sake infused chilean sea bass with saffron rice and asparagus with walnut oil and manchego cheese.
