SUMMIT EVENT CATERING SEEKING OFF-PREMISE CATERING SALES EXECUTIVE(SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AREA)Summit Event Catering has been serving Southern California since 1986 & is looking for an integrity based, goal oriented, results driven Catering Sales Executive to join our Catering Family!POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Impeccable Integrity
- Minimum 3 years Catering Sales experience ( Corporate Events specific) in the Southern California catering market with proven track record
- Professional networking skills essential
- Impeccable 5 Star Service Standards
- Have working knowledge of catering food & menu design
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, efficient & able to multi-task
- Able to work with time requirements
- Willing to work the necessary hours to meet & exceed sales goals
- Basic Computer Skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Southern California
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build new clientele while still focusing on satisfying our current clientele
- Create Catering Proposals
- Event Coordination
- Build long term client relationships with Corporations, Venues, Event Planners, Non-Profit Organizations & Wedding Coordinators
- Tastings for clients: Organize and present Menu Tastings for potential Clients
- Provide event information for social media purposes
- Lite office administrative duties
- Adhere to Health Department requirements
