Corporate Holiday Party - Spark Of Love
Tis the season for giving. Our corporate client Kawasaki hosted a luncheon that allowed their employees to take part in donating toys to needy children. The happy elves (employees) helped to organize the toys to be sent to ABC7's SPARK OF LOVE "Stuff A Bus" event. What would a party be without a special guest of honor? Santa Claus himself arrived on two wheels instead of a sleigh and helped organize toys. Our team even got in the fun with the man with the bag!Our event producer Pam Aki loves planning events and creating menus for her clients, but this one was especially meaningful. Our company is dedicated to giving back to the community, so being a part of this event was very special to us. Gathering all these toys for distribution is hard work, and Pam made sure everyone was well fed with a yummy menu that included:Hunterβs Breast of Chicken with Button Mushrooms and Brandy Cream Sauce; Garlic Crusted Choice Sirloin Slices slow roasted for 7 Hours, sliced and served in a Black Peppercorn Sauce; Penne Pastawith Tri- Color Peppers, Zucchini, Onions, Fresh Garlic and Olives, laced with Basil Pesto Sauce; Rosemary Roasted Potatoes with Cracked Black Pepper; Sliced Carrots with Caramelized Brown Sugar and HoneyGreat job Pam and crew! We're so proud to have been part of helping Kawasaki to give back to local kids in the community. When you're considering hosting a corporate giving event, turn to us for help with the planning and of course the cuisine. We wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas!
