15th Anniversary Gala

Mega Events are something we look forward to. When approached with multiple day events ranging from hundreds to thousands, we embrace the possibilities. Our Director of Special Events & Catering, Tyler Huff worked with Church of Southland on their 15th anniversary event. The event took place over a three day period.   • Roasted Chicken Breast With Fresh Garlic, Sautéed Wild Mushrooms with Brandy Cream Sauce
  • Mesquite Grilled Choice Sirloin with Black Peppercorn Sauce
  • Penne Pasta with Fresh Italian Herbs, Fire Roasted Red & Green Bell Peppers, Fresh Garlic, Olive Oil, Diced Sweet Onions, Roma Tomatoes & Our Marinara Sauce        and topped with Shaved Parmesan Cheese
  • Exotic Baby Greens with Citrus Segments, Dried Cranberries, Candied Walnuts, Shaved Carrots, Thin Sliced Cucumber & Fresh Baked Focaccia Croutons with Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
  • Fresh Grilled Vegetables Fresh Lemon, Garlic And Butter Garnished with Shaved Parmesan Cheese
  • Traditional Mash Potatoes with Warm Beef Gravy

After enjoyed such an abundant feast, guests enjoyed a decadent Gourmet Dessert Station that included:

  • Gourmet Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
  • Cheese Cake in flavors of  Chocolate Marble and Raspberry Swirl,
  • Chocolate Pecan Squares
  • Fresh Baked Lemon Berry Jazz Bars Topped with Blueberries
  • Assorted Fresh Baked Gourmet and Cookies
