Our corporate catering division is always working on new and innovative ways to please our clients and their guests. A recent client in Los Angeles hosted an Open House and they wanted food stations with a fun twist. What emerged was beautifully designed and interactive stations that everyone in attendance loved. Event Catering Director Tyler Huff likes to stay up to date on all the latest food trends. With the client's direction in mind he created modern food stations that included a Martini Mashed Potato Bar, a traditional Street Taco Station and wildly celebrated Chinese Food Station.Photography Credit: Sipper Photography The menu was so diverse and fun that we have to share every single detail so you can feel like you were there. And since you weren't you'll be dying to hire us for your next event.Street Taco Station included traditional Beef Street Tacos, served on fresh Tortillas with Diced Cilantro and Onion, fresh Tortilla Chips and hand-make Salsas of Salsa Verde, Pico De Gallo and Traditional Salsa.Martini Mashed Potato Bar served in a martini glass and consisting of Russet Potatoes and Garlic Red Mashed Potatoes with fresh Herbs. Side toppings included warm Chicken Gravy, vegetarian Basil Cream Sauce, Smoked Bacon Bits, Sweet Peas, Diced Chives, Shredded Cheeses, Sour Cream, and whipped Butter.Chinese Food Station (This was a big hit folks!) served in Chinese Take Out Boxes with chopsticks consisting of Kung Pao Chicken with Water Chestnuts, Bamboo Shoots, Carrots stir fried with Peanuts and Scallions in a spicy sauce Our staff spied several guests literally taking this dish to go home with them. What would a Chinese meal be without fortune cookies? Don't worry we had them, and the messages were all good news!This creative menu was finished off with a delectable dessert station of soft and chewy Freshly Baked Cookies, in flavors of roasted Macadamia Nut, Chocolate Chunk, White Chocolate Chip & Raspberry, Apricot Almond, Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Cinnamon Raisn, Double Fudge Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Chunk. Next up was a display of brownies of Turtle, Checkered Chocolate Chip, Cherries & Chocolate, Nutty Double Fudge & German Chocolate Brownies. The final delight was our famous Lemon Berry Jazz Bars.
