Did you know we have a passion for non-profit events? It's what we call "Service With A Purpose"! We recently had a great honor in working at The California Science Center and serving guest right underneath the space shuttle Endeavor. There are so many historical properties throughout Southern California, but the significance of this historical icon is so impressive. The American Red Cross hosted a wonderful event that was filled with honor, fun and surprises. Energetic performances, uplifting speeches and a wonderful dinner were all part of a very successful night. Astronaut Garret Reisman was even there to speak and inspire! Our client, their guests and even our staff all agreed that this was a once in a lifetime experience to dine under one of our country's historical gems!Menu Included:

• Gourmet Greens and Romaine Salad with Mandarin Oranges, Sundried Cranberries, Caramelized Walnuts and served with a Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette
• Pan Roasted Rosemary Chicken Breast
• Chef's Famous Four Star Cheese Macaroni
