Being a caterer in Southern California we are so lucky to work with so many amazing clients. The client is always first and foremost the most important element of our work, but we also have pride in building relationships with venues and vendors who will have the same ethic. That's why we love this wedding at University Hills Community Center in Irvine. The venue is simply stunning and the staff are wonderful to work with. Those are the reasons our couple Michelle and Pedro chose this property for their wedding. The expansive and lush lawn was the site for their heartfelt ceremony, with the nearby covered courtyard as their reception site. Every corner of this property is lovingly manicured and maintained expertly. The grooms cultural heritage stood out with Mariachis for the grand entrance and first dance. Event producer Pam Aki assisted with an elegant menu that also paid homage to his Hispanic heritage as well. The wedding menu included:Appetizers: Mini Shrimp Ceviche Tostadas; Stuffed Cucumber Barrels with Chipotle Cream Cheese, Roasted Beets & Micro Greens; Crisp Endive Spears filled with Goat Cheese, Figs, Pecans and garnished with Sun Dried CranberriesSalad of Arugula and Bib Lettuce with sliced Anjou Red Pears, candied Pecans and Blue Cheese CrumblesDinner Buffet: Sage roasted Sirloin slices served medium rare with chunky Santa Maria Sauce, White Fish Vera Cruz with Green Olives, Tomato and Capers; Vegetarian Pinto Beach simmered with Jalapenos and Onions, Traditional Spanish Rice, Grilled Garden Vegetables with a Margarita Glaze; Warm Flour TortillasMany thanks to the vendor team including: Venue: University Hills Community Center of Irvine | Wedding Planner: Linda Kirby of Life Of The Party | Photographer: Gabrielle Fox Photography | Rentals and Linens: OC Events 0001 0002 0004 0005 0010 0012 0013 0014 0048 0075 0089 0098 0115 0137 0139 0148 0205 0214 0225 0234 0282 0284 0287 0291 0292 0301 0311 0330 0331 0332 0333 0334 0337 0343 0372Save
