In 2018 we worked hard to build relationships with vendor partners and venues in Los Angeles County. One such partnership that we're thrilled about is as preferred caterer at Epona Estate in Hidden Valley. Not far from historic "Sherwood Forest" the venue is surrounded by picturesque views of the Malibu Valley and Santa Monica Mountains. The property is a 40 acre working ranch and vineyard. Under the expert care of Sheila Mayfield, the property has set aside areas for weddings and events. Not one detail was left to chance. There are four unique spaces for both corporate events, weddings, and winery dinners. When we invited Epona Estate to be our latest VENUE SPOTLIGHT, Sheila gave us the following responses to our questions. We love her passion for the property and can't wait to share it with you.What is the history of your venue? In 2014 the Owner of Epona Farms and Sheila Mayfield created Epona Estate Vineyard ‘Where the walls of the venue rooms are the vines themselves’ The concept came from creating a magical unique venue within the vineyard.How many guests can you accommodate? Ceremony? 375 Reception? 375Do you provide In-House Catering? We have a Preferred Vendor List of food caterers and we're proud that Summit Event Catering is on our list. The client must use them or if necessary can buyout the option to bring in their own with a $20 per person fee.Is parking provided on-site? Yes with valetDo you book more than one event per day? No. How will that affect my event? It will not be affected.What is your favorite feature of your venue? The magnificent location with the backdrop of the mountains and being inside the vineyard.
