The stunning views of the Pacific Ocean set the stage for an unforgettable celebration.

From an elegant Orange County estate with stunning ocean views to a menu filled with culinary delights, every detail of this gorgeous celebration will inspire you to imagine your special event and partner with us to bring it to life. We are thrilled to share this elegant party by Summit Event Catering.

Guests admired the estate’s unique features like this fountain sculpture.

Our event producer worked with the client to source linens and tableware that coordinated with the vibrant floral decor and complemented the natural beauty of the venue.

On a sunny summer evening in Southern California, guests arrived and mingled overlooking the Pacific Ocean, while enjoying a variety of delicious appetizers and live music.

Our chef customized a cocktail hour menu that featured both seasonal produce and international cuisine, including antipasto skewers, Thai chicken satay, and prosciutto and goat cheese crostini with a balsamic glaze. 

Our Thai chicken satay served with spicy peanut sauce is always a favorite.

Guests enjoyed goat cheese and prosciutto crostini with a balsamic glaze.

Live music added to the festive ambience.

New England crab cakes served under the stars with microgreens and Meyer lemon aioli.

As the sunset faded into an evening under the stars, guests found their tables as our team served New England crab cakes, and Bibb lettuce and arugula salads with pancetta and red pears.

Bibb lettuce and arugula salads with red anjou pears, pancetta, candied pecans and blue cheese crumbles, with our Meyer lemon vinaigrette dressing.

Guests settled in for dinner featuring our chef’s fresh twist on a classic surf and turf, pairing Alaskan cod with lemon butter caper cream sauce and chargrilled filet mignon with black peppercorn demi-glace, served with buttery mashed potatoes and grilled baby vegetables.

The decadent dessert table delighted guests at the end of the night, serving up sweet treats to end a completely unforgettable evening.
