California's rugged beauty and majestic flora are intrinsic to California Botanic Garden. With inspired garden settings and experienced, professional support, our Garden is a perfect place to make your special day that much more magical.

The Garden's venues offer both indoor and outdoor settings, large or small and the set up options are as unique as your event! Capacity varies from site to site and range from 10 to 400 guests

LEWIS FAMILY FOREST PAVILION (capacity of 250)

Nestled amongst majestic oaks and sycamores, the nature-inspired wood and metal canopy and the rock walls of the Forest Pavilion provide an extraordinary backdrop for events of all kinds. The drama of the flexible and open space of the Pavilion is tempered by the soft burbling of a fountain, the unique glow of the lighting design, and the contrasting shades of green of the surrounding native gardens. With a newly-constructed restroom and greenroom directly adjacent, the Forest Pavilion provides the best of both beauty and convenience for medium to large events.

CALIFORNIA COURTYARD (capacity of 250)

The California Courtyard offers the most picturesque view in Claremont, with stunning vistas of the San Gabriel mountains ensconced with the silhouettes of redwoods, oaks and other mature trees. Silent Sentinel, a majestic bronze sculpture, anchors the eye. Beautiful backdrops of grasses, sages and other native plants create a serene ambiance. Our largest venue with direct access to restrooms and dressing rooms, the California Courtyard is a perfect place to host larger weddings and events.

OUTDOOR GALLERY (capacity of 150)

The Outdoor Gallery's rhythmic architecture and walls, paired with beautiful container plantings, sets a perfect stage for medium-sized wedding or event.

CALIFORNIA CULTIVAR GARDEN (capacity of 150)

One of our most romantic venues, the California Cultivar Garden will transport you and your guests to a serene woodland with craftsman gazebos graced with grapevines and a beautiful reflecting pool.

JOHNSON MEMORIAL OVAL (capacity of 60)

Johnson Memorial Oval features a beautiful California Craftsman pavilion surrounded by gorgeous plantings. Anchored by a sculptural buckeye tree, this space is both dramatic and intimate - perfect for making your special moments that much more special. Guests will cross a footbridge and hear the contemplative murmur of a beautiful fountain.

PERCY C. EVERETT MEMORIAL GARDEN (capacity of 50)

Inspired by streamside oases in the San Gabriel Mountains, Percy C. Everett Memorial Garden is an intimate venue with charm, including a serene fountain and lush plantings.
