Temecula Wine Feast with ABC-IE

We love collaborating with our industry partners for their networking events. It's an opportunity for our colleagues to experience our food and service up close and personal. On September 30th The Association of Bridal Consultants, Inland Empire Chapter hosted a Temecula Wine Tasting tour. A group of 30 event professionals started their trek to Temecula via shuttle bus at our offices. Our staff was on had to welcome them with champagne and an abundant display of fruits and cheeses.After tasting wine from the region, guests arrived at The Retro Ranch, Temecula's newest private venue that includes a sprawling lawn, a vintage style red barn, a wooden bar, and shiny airstream trailers. It's perfect for anyone wanting an immaculate venue that has a vintage feeling. As if the property didn't have it all, we were pleased to learn that the owners have deep roots in philanthropy. Proceeds from their venue rentals are donated to charity. Since we also believe in charitable giving, we're proud to announce that we will be on the preferred vendor list for this amazing location.In keeping with a "Ranch Style" theme, our menu included our sought after Beef Short Ribs with Mashed Potatoes, Chorizo-Margarita Focaccia Pizza, Caprese Salad, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Mac & Cheese with Parmesan Bread Crumbs, Hickory Baked Beans, Southwest Conbread Muffins, Mahi Mahi with Cilantro & Yellow Pepper Pesto, and Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque. It was a varied Wine Feast, that was finished off with our famous Vanilla Crusted Bread Pudding with toppings of Salted Caramel Sauce, Vanilla Frosting, Toasted Almonds and Sliced Strawberries, served in a martini glass. Our dishes were devoured and so well received that a few of the tables even gave us a standing ovation.
