Halloween Party - Employee Appreciation

Fall has finally arrived, and our Halloween Themed Events are in full swing. Our valued corporate client wanted to celebrate their employees by showing their appreciation for their hard work. The party had to be fun, relaxing and the food had to be satisfying. We brought the party to their offices, complete with food, beverage, and decor. Director of Special Events, Tyler Huff worked closely with this corporate client to ensure their menu was inventive as well as satisfying.It was a delightful day for all as they feasted on an abundant buffet that included:

• Chicken Florentine with Fresh Spinach, Toasted Pinenuts & Swiss Cheese Laced with Fresh Basil Cream.
• Tri Color Penne Pasta, with Fresh Italian Herbs, Fire Roasted Red & Green Bell Peppers, Fresh Garlic, Olive Oil, Diced Sweet Onions, Roma Tomatoes & Marinara Sauce, topped with Shaved Parmesan Cheese.
• Baby Wintergreens, with Citrus Segments, Roasted Pine Nuts and Feta Cheese, served with a Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette.
• Basmati Rice with Saffron, Apricots and Carrots.
• Asparagus in a Ring of Squash Topped with Parmesan Cheese.
• Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes with Fresh Herbs & Butter.

What would a great meal be without refreshing beverages? Our Citrus Infused Drink Station included the following:Cucumber and Mint Agua Fresca, served chilled, Iced Tea with Citrus Infusion, Country Lemonade with Citrus Infusion, and Iced Water With Fresh Lemon. Those are great options to satisfying thirsty guests.We must give thanks to the partners who worked with us on this perfectly themed event.
