Greystone Manor in Beverly Hills is a majestic venue for any event. But we must say weddings here are our favorite. The estate is on the register of historic places and was built in 1928. With immaculate gardens surrounding the property, your sure to fall in love with the charm and serenity here. Being a preferred caterer at this property has us tickled pink. Our event producer Veronica Medrano worked with Emma and Myles on a luxurious wedding menu for a sit down dinner that dazzled. It was such a joy to be part of such a heartfelt celebration that touched our hearts. These are the moments that take our breath away, and why we love catering weddings. The appetizers were pleasing the to eye as well as the taste buds and included:Steak Skewers with a Chimichurri Sauce, Mini Pastry Bites, filled with Sundried Tomato, Roasted Shallots, and Feta Cheese, and Butternut Squash Bisque Soup Shooters with a Toasted Focaccia Wafer. The elegant sit down dinner included Gourmet Greens and Romaine topped with Mandarin Orange Segments, Sundried Cranberries, and Carmelized Walnuts served with Meyer Lemon Viniagrette, Bow Tie Pasta with Fire Roasted Red Peppers and Pesto Sauce, Grilled Chicken Breast finished with Apricot Balsamic Glaze, Whole Green Beans with Peppers, Roasted Shallots and Almond Butter, and Potatoes Au Gratin.
