A Corporate Soiree at California Market Center
California Market Center hosted a private breakfast Meet and Greet for building tenants, and we were thrilled to cater the event. The event took place in their Lobby Atrium, set-up around a beautiful breakfast spread. The 10,000 square foot atrium features a vaulted skylight, overlooking a marble tiled floor. It's their most popular event space for weddings, proms, and other social events.
We offered a buffet of breakfast pastries that included: Muffins in flavors of Blueberry Crumb, Cranberry-Orange, Banana Oat Bran, and Buttermilk-Raspberry-Apricot. Delicious scones offered were Blueberry, Lemon Rosemary, Strawberry, and Chocolate. There were assorted Danish served with Devonshire Cream, and homemade Coffee Cake. For those who wanted a healthier alternative, fresh fruit was in abundance, and our Yogurt Station fit the bill. Granola and Honey were perfect accompaniments.
Gourmet Coffee service was on hand and our wildly popular and refreshing Agua Fresca Bar that included Cucumber Mint & Lime, and Hibiscus.
The star of the show was our Avocado Toast Station. Because who doesn't love Avocado? Our station includes an attendant who toasts your bread to crispy perfection, and spreads it with creamy Avocado. The fun begins when guests add their own garnishes. Our interactive station includes Sourdough and Wheat Bread, Avocado Spread, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Red Pepper Flakes and Paprika. With the overwhelming response from this event, we predict we'll be doing many more of these stations in the future.
