Employee of The Month - Fran Seawright

Here at Summit we have a slogan. "It's All About The Relationship". It encompasses the relationship with our clients, vendors, venues and extends to our employees. After all we would be nothing without them. To honor their hard work and dedication to our clients, we are launching an employee of the month promotion. This recognition is voted on by the employees themselves. We're thrilled to share our June employee of the month Fran Seawright with you.Fran has been a valued employee of the Summit Family for nineteen years. Some know her as the service staff mom, because she has and still does take many of the new employees under her wing to help them in their job learning experience. She is an employee who has set the bar high in her job performance. She is reliable, hard working, and always on time. She's willing to pitch in and help out wherever she is needed. She is also a huge cheerleader for Summit Event Catering.Fran is married to Dave, and has four children, Kyle 38, Kelly 35, Vanessa 23, and Nolan 20. In her spare time she enjoys snow skiing and spending time with her family and her dogs.The One Liner of advice to employees is:"Work fast and hard" and always put the client's needs first. That's what she does, and that's what makes her a super star with our company. We asked Fran to sum up her experience while working for us, and she said she works for two really good men. Those two men would be Greg Welburn and Duane Dotts. She stated that she tells every new employee those exact words.Thank you Fran for your years of loyal service, hard work, and dedication.
