Where can we begin when it comes to Ricardo Ramos? He's been a server and supervisor with Summit for four years now. But he's been involved in the events industry for a decade. His wealth of experience and knowledge has been an incredible asset to our company. One thing we can say about him is that his "team spirit" is contagious. Regardless of what type of event Ricardo is a part of, he's always leading the charge as the hardest worker on the team. Ricardo loves people and that's the reason he loves working on events. It's his way of being able to make people happy. Having our clients feel cared for and treated to an excellent experience is where his heart is.Ricardo has been happily married to his wife Estephanie Ramos for 35 years, and they've raised four daughters together, Deseree 30, Tienette 27, Trinia 25, and Shiana 21. He brings his same dedication of family to Summit. In fact the relationships he's built with our employees has embodied a family environment, which has enriched us exponentially. His hobbies include running, reading, and of course spending time with family. He tells us his favorite foods are all varieties of summer fruits. When it comes to travel, Ricardo loves Hawaii because of the beauty of the land, the ocean, the culture, and of course the people.We asked Ricardo what his best advice for new employees is “Do your best, work hard, listen and care about others”.
